Use Introduction:1.Please plugging the ResMed end first, then the USB-C connected after 2. if you plug in the FLGAN 20V PD Dc converter device to your power bank, it would blink on/off. (so its negotiating the PD voltage wrong). The only fix is to unplug it, let it power-off for ~30 seconds, then reconnect the CPAP end first and connect the USB-C afterwards. We had updated the use Manual in the follow page.

Notifications before use
1. Please plug in the ResMed end first and then connect the USB-C part. If it flickers on/off and fails to negotiate the voltage correctly the first time you use it. Please disconnect, wait a few minutes and try again. It will work smoothly with your device.

2. This PD DC converter charger requires PD 20V output power supply.

Not work with PD 5V 12V 15V 28V output power supply devices, please check your power supply devices at first.
